WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the provider, let us know and we will try to assist.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ARTWORK IS DAMAGED
The interior box is designed to protect the artwork, it will at times encounter wear and tear. The interior box cannot be replaced. If, however, your artwork is damaged, the insurance included in your shipping price will cover damages. In this event, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing your claim.
WHAT TO DO IF CUSTOMS OPENED YOUR PACKAGE
From time to time, customs may open your package for inspection. Please let us know if there are any incidental damages in the event of this occurence.

We have no insight into customs handling or any delays that may result form customs processing. The shipping provider should have the latest information on customs status.
