ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, all sales are final. The studio does not condone the use of bots for online sales. Any Editions purchased with bots will be canceled at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please note it can take up to three (3) weeks for an Edition to ship. The studio may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged Edition, it will be issued once Fedex resolves the claims case and notifies us that is has been closed. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 30 days from delivery date.

EU RESIDENTS:

By the sole discretion of Arsham Editions, we may allow EU residents to return purchases made online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. In these cases, customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Goods being refunded must be unused and undamaged. Arsham Editions retains the right to delay refunds if we have not received the goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the provider, send an email to info@danielarsham.com with your order number as the subject line and we will try to assist.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ARTWORK IS DAMAGED

We suggest you open your Edition as soon as it arrives. The interior box is designed to protect the artwork, it will at times encounter wear and tear in shipping. The interior box cannot be replaced. If, however, your artwork is damaged, the insurance included in your shipping price will cover damages. In this event, please send an email to info@danielarsham.com with your order number as the subject line, images of the damage, and we will assist you in filing your claim. If you have damage claims they need to be filed 30 days from the ship date.

 

WHAT TO DO IF CUSTOMS OPENED YOUR PACKAGE

From time to time, customs may open your package for inspection. Please let us know if there are any incidental damages in the event of this occurence.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED BY CUSTOMS

We have no insight into customs handling or any delays that may result form customs processing. The shipping provider should have the latest information on customs status.

 HOW CUSTOMS VAT IS HANDLED

VAT is not included in the cost of each edition and is billed separately to the recipient.

HOW SALES TAX IS HANDLED

Sales tax is added to any purchase within New York State, California, and Washington State, at this time. Sales tax will also be assessed on shipping charges if shipment is within these three states. Any other sales taxes and duties are determined by the shipper and by customs. Please contact those agencies directly with questions about these charges.
